Brian Freeman was an excellent resource for my wife and I as we sought a new home for our family. He worked with us to understand what we wanted in our future home, and then did the extra research to find matching properties within our budget. Brian found several properties that we would have never investigated further on our own - including the home that we now call our own! Brian had taken the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and in doing so was able to find the exact home for us. He was always available to answer our many, many, questions - and helped us through our negotiations with the seller by offering us advice gained through years of experience. His guidance led us to an amazing purchase price. Even though we had purchased the house and had moved in, Brian's service to us as an agent was not complete! 2 months after moving in we had an issue with our air conditioning, and after a frantic call at 8 AM to Brian he had all the details for us to invoke our home warranty coverage and contact numbers for the service repair company. We were able to get our AC fixed the very same day due to Brian's quick action. He remained in touch with us to ensure all was right with our AC, and everything else in our home. It was reassuring to know that Brian was still a great resource for us even though we had purchased our home months ago.
